He has worked for 20 years in the Consumer Goods industry in a variety of commercial roles across Europe, and earlier in his career he assisted Fortune 500 clients as a strategic analyst. Most recently Jo was Simplification Leader at the Kellogg Headquarters where he delivered 50% complexity reduction in the European cereal portfolio whilst enabling topline growth. Jo is widely recognized for his collaboration skills, his ability to inspire change and bring people together. When he isn’t busy simplifying portfolios, you can find him traveling the world.
